In conjunction with the Berry Garden festival, Precinct Galleries and Flying Pig Precinct in Berry NSW present our second annual botanical show "Botanica 2001".

Botanica 2001 presenting works by local and other artists and featuring works by:
Throughout the Berry Garden Festival Nell McNally will be demonstrating simple yet creative flower arranging with the humble flower spike: a basic tool in ikebana and so easy to use when you're shown how!
And, In response to demand from our clients we are bringing you more on ikebana: the Japanese art of flower arranging.
On Saturday Flying Pig Precinct is presenting demonstrations of ikebana by glass artist and ikebana practitioner, Jocelyn Colvin. Only three sessions: 11.00 a.m., 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. Places are limited to 15 per session. There is no charge although participants are requested to make a donation to the local hospital. To reserve your place please ring, email or fax as the sessions are filling quickly.
Botanica 2001 runs from 19th October to 7th November and is open from 10.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. seven days. It's beautiful.
Other great activities in Berry this weekend, the Berry Garden Festival and Pottering Around's Fourth Annual Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition in the mountain garden of "Inanna".
